Our lesson availability is based upon demand and is constantly changing, so it is impractical to post a class schedule. Please contact us to inquire about available times.
Registration Fee
We charge a one-time registration fee of $35 per student. Siblings added to the Little Swimmers program are discounted to $25.
Registration of classes is based on a 4-week commitment, with one lesson per week. If more lessons per week are desired, we are happy to accommodate as long as our schedule permits.
Sibling Discounts
We offer a $5 continuous sibling discount when you add classes for a sibling of a current swimmer. This discount will be effective for as long as a sibling is swimming with us and when payment is made together.
Class Structure & Timing
Lessons are 30 minutes starting at the exact lesson time and ending with a 5 minute playtime before time is up, offering a chance for the instructor to communicate with parent and child about the lesson just ended, as well as your swimmer’s overall progress. This time also allows for a smoother transition between lessons.
Payment
The one-time registration fee is due at the time of registration to secure your swimmer’s spot on the schedule. Tuition will be due at the first lesson and will cover the first 4 lessons. There are no refunds once tuition is due. Each payment cycle is 4 weeks, and another tuition payment is due at the beginning of each new 4-week cycle. We accept Checks, Cash, and credit card payments. We recommend keeping your card information securely stored for automatic renewal every 4 weeks.
If we do not receive payment before or at the beginning of the first lesson in the new payment cycle, a late fee of 20% of that payment cycle cost will apply.
If a check or payment is returned due to insufficient funds, a $25 fee will be charged to be paid immediately. Lessons can not take place until payment and any current fees have been received.
Cancellation & Make-ups
Please read our policies regarding cancellation and make-ups carefully:
A full month of lessons (4) can be cancelled or changed only with notice 2 weeks prior to your first lesson. A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for each month or change of lesson days. If we receive less than a 2 week notice, 100% of the tuition will be due to Little Swimmers, while no refunds will be made once lessons have started. We do not refund any unused lessons once a tuition cycle has started.
We require at least 24 hours notice for an individual lesson cancellation, also in cases of illness. Please email office@littleswimmersconcord.com to notify us that your swimmer is not coming. Please include your swimmer’s name, as well as day/time of lesson being cancelled. If we are given less notice, we can not offer a make-up lesson. This includes illness or personal emergencies. No credits are offered for a missed lesson. Make-up lessons can not be scheduled in your swimmer’s regular lesson spot. It is not possible to reschedule a make-up lesson, so if you can’t make it after all, it’s lost. Unused make-up lessons are lost after your swimmer’s last lesson date. Unused make-ups can’t be transferred to a sibling or other swimmers.
One make-up or reschedule is permitted for each 4-week cycle of lessons.
Make-up lessons must be made while your swimmer is actively swimming and tuition is up to date. Requests will be granted if space is available. Cancellations by the instructor or Little Swimmers will result in a make-up lesson. No credits are offered for a missed lesson. Rescheduling of a make-up lesson is not allowed. Make-ups are not guaranteed to be with your swimmer’s regular instructor, but will be based on availability on the schedule.
Make-up lessons in our Parent & Me classes are only offered in other Parent & Me classes and are based on availability. We only offer 1 make-up per 4 week lesson cycle. Make-ups can’t be used in lieu of regular lessons, and can’t be rescheduled or refunded if unused at time of cancellation of lessons.
Non – Renewal
If you do not wish to renew classes for your child, we need to receive notice 2 weeks prior to the next tuition renewal date, which is the first lesson in the new payment cycle. If we do not receive the appropriate notice of non-renewal, 100% of the tuition for the new payment cycle will be due to Little Swimmers at the time of cancellation.
Other Policies
A parent must be present during their child’s lesson. Siblings are welcome to come along as long as they are not in the pool area, and do not interfere with or disrupt lessons.
We do not offer make-ups, rescheduling or refunds for instructor substituted lessons. If an instructor becomes ill or can’t come to work, we will offer a make-up lesson if no substitute is available. Make-ups are not guaranteed with your swimmer’s regular instructor, but based on our availability.
For swimmers not yet potty-trained we only allow reusable cloth diapers in the pool. Please make sure that all swimmers have been to the bathroom and have rinsed off in our common showers before entering the pool for their lesson. If your child is experiencing illness, especially diarrhea, we hope you will not bring your child and risking our instructors and other swimmers’ health. Any fecal matter accidents in either pool will result in a 24-hour shutdown of the pool while treatment is being administered, possibly resulting in a $250 fecal matter fee charged to your swimmer. Please do not bring a swimmer displaying symptoms of illness to our facility.
Please note that food and drinks are not allowed in the facility!! Unfortunately, leftover food as well as containers end up all over the place!
Submit your registration form, send us your registration fee. Please also print out and sign the waiver form. Both forms are due at the first lesson and the lesson can not begin until they have been submitted.
